Advertising Our firm has established the Greek subsidiaries of many international advertising companies and has provided advice with respect to the acquisition of Greek advertising companies. As examples of our experience, our firm has assisted companies such as Ogilvy & Mather, Young & Rubicam, and DDB Needham on various regulatory, corporate and tax matters and has represented the Association of Greek Advertising Agencies in the dispute between its members and Greek tax authorities regarding the imposition of a special tax on advertising material. Recently, we advised the Greek Association of Media Companies on volume discounts granted to advertisers and their clients in the context of the new regulatory framework.
