Educational seminar by Sonia Melegou and Marina Allamani on “The foreign real estate investor in Greece”

Sonia Melegou, real estate partner, and Marina Allamani, real estate tax partner, held an educational seminar focusing on “The foreign real estate investor in Greece” on December 1st. The seminar, organized by Nomiki Bibliothiki , aimed at providing a thorough analysis regarding the profile of foreign real estate investors in Greece and the legal, technical and tax due diligence required before the transaction. During the course, practical examples from real estate transactions with reference to the legal framework were provided.
