Anastasia Makri, head of our energy practice, addressed key issues of power purchase agreements, during our firm’s participation at the 3rd Energy Conference, organised by Nomiki Bibliothiki on April 5th. Anastasia took part in an engaging panel discussion, focusing on the bilateral power purchase agreements as a tool to address the energy crisis.
The Conference is under the auspices of the Hellenic Energy Law Association and under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy, the Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE) and EFELA - European Federation of Energy Law Associations.
Legal advisors, academics, executives from the business sector, representatives of the Ministry and relevant authorities, discussed critical issues related to the legal framework of energy investments.
