Zepos & Yannopoulos assisted the controlling shareholders of Kefalonia Fisheries, a leader in the farming and distribution of Mediterranean aquaculture products, on the sale of a majority stake in the company to Grupo Profand, a Spanish multinational active in the processing and manufacturing of seafood products. The completion of the transaction allows the company, as a member of the Profand group, to strengthen its presence in the international market and continue its dynamic growth with a wider product range.
