We advised ANEDIK Kritikos on the sale of 100% of ANEDIK Kritikos S.A. to Diamantis Masoutis S.A., paving the way for the creation of a new national retail group, subject to approval by the Hellenic Competition Commission.
The transaction brings together two strong regional players with complementary geographic coverage, marking a strategically important development for the sector and reshaping competitive dynamics across Greece.
Our team advised ANEDIK Kritikos on all legal aspects of the transaction, including deal structuring, tax and regulatory matters, and transaction documentation. The M&A team was led by Stefanos Charaktiniotis, head of M&A, working closely with Maria Bozinaki, senior associate.
