Zepos & Yannopoulos advises Banyan Software on the acquisition of Vertitech, operating the cloud-based modular platform Classter

Earlier this year, Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Banyan Software, Inc., a leading company dedicated to fostering successful software businesses, on the acquisition of Vertitech SA (operating as Classter), a Greece-based provider of end-to-end student information systems for educational institutions worldwide. Our firm advised Banyan Software on all Greek law aspects of the transaction until its successful closing.

Our deal team was led by Nadia Axioti, senior associate, working together with Stathis Orfanoudakis, partner, and assisted by Anastasia Bolari, Dimi Giannetopoulou, and Celia Karvouni, associates.
