Our firm acted as legal counsel to Fattal Hotels on its acquisition of the Cora Resort & Spa in Halkidiki from Bain Capital, a landmark transaction for Greece’s hospitality sector. The deal reflects robust international appetite for Greek tourism assets and the strategic repositioning potential of well-located seaside resorts amid ongoing market growth.

Zepos & Yannopoulos delivered end to end legal support across M&A, real estate and financing, from structuring and legal & tax due diligence through negotiations and completion, helping to secure a transaction aimed at unlocking operational upgrades and long-term value.
