Zepos & Yannopoulos and Liedekerke advised IPCOM, a leading pan-European group specialising in the distribution of technical insulation solutions, on the acquisition of a majority stake in DELTA DUCT DERMITZAKIS, a Greek company specialising in air distribution and ventilation solutions. The transaction represents IPCOM's first investment in Greece, further strengthening the group's growing presence in the Greek and European market.
