Zepos & Yannopoulos advises Kersia Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in Ikochimiki S.A.

Zepos & Yannopoulos advised KERSIA Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in IKOCHIMIKI S.A. in the context of expanding KERSIA's presence in the hygiene and food-safety solutions in food industry and food service areas in Greece and more generally in the Balkans. Zepos & Yannopoulos assisted KERSIA Group in all Greek law aspects of the transaction, including our involvement in the due diligence process, the negotiation of the transactional documentation, as well as the successful closing of the transaction.
