Zepos & Yannopoulos advises Mirova on landmark clean energy transaction for the acquisition and construction of a 156 MW solar project

Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Mirova, a leading global asset manager of sustainable and clean energy infrastructure, on its acquisition of the 156 MW Clover PV portfolio from the German group JUWI Group, which constitutes a landmark transaction in the Greek renewable energy sector. The portfolio consists of solar projects strategically located across the regional units of Kozani and Grevena.

Our support covered the full lifecycle of the transaction, from due diligence and project documentation to EPC and O&M contracting, as well as real estate, financing and corporate structuring matters.

The transaction was led by Anastasia Makri, head of Energy, with support from Nikos Koukos, senior associate, and Efstathia Yperifanou, Danae Minis and Yakinthi Kappatou, associates.
