Zepos & Yannopoulos acted as Greek counsel to Schur Flexibles Group, an international flexible plastic packaging manufacturer on its successful financial restructuring. The lender-led restructuring foresees, inter alia, key lenders taking over the equity at a group level as well as a significant reduction of the senior secured credit facilities and the provision of an up to €160 million new financing.
We assisted the parent entities and their Greek subsidiaries in connection with the facility agreements and the Greek security package, on to the signing and financial closing of the restructuring. Zepos & Yannopoulos team worked closely with the CRO Josef Schultheis.
