He will join the panel “Enforceability of Awards,” where he will share insights on state review of arbitral awards, enforcement challenges, and key regional developments.
Organised by ICC Hellas, ICC Arbitration, ICC Serbia, the International Chamber of Commerce in Albania and ICC Türkiye, the conference on 26 November brings together arbitration practitioners from across the region to discuss current developments in dispute resolution and the enforcement of arbitral awards in Southeast Europe.
