Zepos & Yannopoulos is delighted to announce the successful completion of Project Light, Alpha Bank’s sale of a portfolio of retail unsecured non-performing loans of a total outstanding balance of Euro 238 million and of a total gross book value of Euro 0.4 billion. We acted for Alpha Bank through all stages of Project Light, from the submission of binding offers, to the negotiation and execution of the Greek law governed sale and purchase agreement and closing.
