By virtue of Ministerial Decision 14556/448 and Circular 14676/253, issued on 07 April 2020, the duration of specific support measures for employers and employees and the deadlines for their notification to ERGANI is extended.
More specifically:
A. Extension of notification deadline for remote work
The deadline for the notification by employers to ERGANI of remote work which took place in March and April is extended until 10 May.
B. Suspension of obligation to notify changes to working hours
The suspension of employers’ obligation to notify changes to working hours, including overwork and overtime, to ERGANI prior to their implementation, which had been introduced by the legislative act of 11 March 2020, is now further extended until 30 April. For the duration of the above measure employers must notify such changes within the first 10 days of the following month.
C. Extension of special leave for parents
The special leave for parents, introduced by the legislative act of 11 March 2020 due to the temporary close-down of schools is extended until 24 April.
