In the context of the digital organisation of working time, the Ministry of Labour has recently announced the activation, as of January 2023, of the obligation of all employers to declare, on a monthly basis, to ERGANI all types of leave taken by their employees in the preceding month.
The above declaration must be submitted at the latest by the 10th day of the following month and contains detailed information on the period of use of each type of leave, including annual leave, family-related leaves, unpaid leave etc. Employers may correct already submitted applications within the same deadline.
Leaves taken during January 2023 must be declared at the latest by 10 February 2023.
