Full Biography

Apostolos is a member of our Energy & Project Development practice group. He provides advice on a wide range of energy matters related to renewable energy projects, as well as electricity and oil & gas regulation. His work focuses on a wide spectrum of renewable energy development projects, Power Purchase Agreements, and transactions regarding downstream and infrastructure oil & gas companies.

Apostolos has also an extensive academic background on Law of the Sea issues, as well as the regulation of offshore upstream installations and LNG facilities. He is involved in due diligence activities and transactional work related to energy projects in Greece. Being a member of the Insurance Group of the firm, his practice includes additionally advise on insurance regulation.

He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2021 and joined our firm in 2022. Apostolos is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
