We keep strengthening our dynamic Corporate/Commercial practice group and we are seeking to recruit an experienced associate lawyer to join our team.
You will join our Corporate/Commercial practice group which offers top quality expertise and practical solutions to our clients, typically multinational companies. We cover the full range of corporate and commercial law aspects, dealing with ongoing corporate issues such as corporate restructurings and transactions (M&A), corporate financing, establishment of legal entities, corporate bookkeeping, drafting/advising on commercial contracts, consumer and market regulation matters (wholesale and retail level) civil and commercial contracts’ advisory, AML compliance etc. while aiming to the provision of customised, industry specific and business friendly services.
Greek University degree in Law
Postgraduate degree (LLM or equivalent)
Legal qualification to work as an attorney at law in Greece
4-6 years post-trainee professional experience in civil/commercial advisory services, preferably within a law firm, will be appreciated
Strong educational background in corporate/commercial law will be highly rated
Highly motivated and dynamic professional with good business sense and understanding of the business environment
Delivery of high quality work with commitment to detail
Strong project management skills, organized and resilient
Ability to multi-task, work efficiently and detail-orientated
Friendly personality, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently within a team
Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
Personality with high morale and integrity
Excellent level of computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
