We are currently seeking to recruit an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Format, compile and prepare presentations and correspondence
- Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Manage filing systems
- Implement and maintain procedures/ administrative systems
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
Qualifications
- At least 3 years working experience as an executive assistant
- Excellent command of Greek & English language (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/ university
- Legal industry experience is considered a plus
- Excellent level of computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
