Full Biography
Celia is a member of our M&A and Project Development practice, as well as our Healthcare, Pharma & Life Sciences team. She is engaged in M&A transactions and corporate transformations, handling due diligence processes and drafting of transactional documentation. Celia also provides legal advisory services in day-to-day corporate law matters and has experience in drafting and negotiating civil and commercial agreements.
Beyond her M&A expertise, Celia regularly focuses on the pharmaceutical sector, providing legal advice on pharmaceutical law matters, as well as corporate support to domestic and international pharmaceutical entities.
Celia was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2025 and joined our firm in 2023. She is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
