Full Biography
Despina is a member of our dispute resolution practice. Despina has represented clients in complex court litigation proceedings before the Courts of all instances and the Supreme Court in a wide range of civil, commercial and corporate disputes. These include, amongst others, disputes arising out of complex business and finance transactions, tort disputes, property disputes, shareholder litigation, as well as insolvency litigation. She also regularly advises international and domestic clients on complex and highly sophisticated commercial transactions.
Despina has also acted as counsel in high-stake international and domestic commercial arbitrations as well as in arbitration-related court proceedings, including proceedings for the annulment of arbitral awards.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2014 and joined our firm in 2022. Despina is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court.
