Full Biography

Georgia is an economist, partner, member of Zepos & Yannopoulos Tax and Accounting practice since 2008. She provides advisory services on a wide range of tax and accounting matters associated with the conduct of business in Greece as well as with cross border transactions, such as direct and indirect taxation matters. She also specialises in advising on IFRS matters as well as accounting and tax compliance supervision for Greek entities and financial reporting issues. She has participated in a variety of mergers and acquisitions transactions, tax and financial due diligence projects and internal tax and accounting diagnostic reviews. She is also actively involved in digital tax compliance issues including e-books and e-invoicing projects. She has extensive experience with multinational clientele covering a wide range of industries including services, energy, telecommunications, retail and real estate.

She is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and the Tax and Accounting Committee of the Association of SA Companies and Entrepreneurship.

She joined our firm in 2008.
