Full Biography

Maria Glynou is a member of our Finance & Capital Markets practice. She has experience in M&A transactions, with a particular focus on corporate restructurings and private equity investments. She advises on matters relating to banking law and corporate finance, including debt and equity financings, project finance, sales of financial assets and receivables, as well as securitisations.

She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2024 and joined our firm in 2025. Maria is admitted to practice before the Court of First Instance.
