Full Biography
Maria Glynou is a member of our Capital Markets & Financial Services Regulation practice. She is also a member of our Finance practice. She has experience in capital markets, including IPOs, debt financings and public takeover offers. She advises on bond issuances and listings, corporate governance for listed companies, banking regulatory matters, NPL transactions, as well as ESG and sustainability-linked financial instruments.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2024 and joined our firm in 2025. Maria is admitted to practice before the Court of First Instance.
