Full Biography
Olga Kalpakidi is a member of our M&A and Project Development practice and her focus lies primarily in commercial and company law. She has experience in compliance and corporate litigation. Olga provides advisory services and ongoing assistance to the firm’s clients, with regard to their day-to-day corporate matters, commercial agreements and M&A transactions.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 2018 and joined our firm in 2023. Olga is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
