Project Finance
We advise local and international banks, IFIs, sponsors, infrastructure funds and other institutional investors on complex project financings across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Our experience includes renewable energy, battery energy storage systems, conventional power and infrastructure financings (roads, bridges, data centers, optic fiber networks etc.). Our team has extensive experience both in structuring and documenting project finance transactions, including under concession or PPP schemes, as well as in performing bankability due diligence on the relevant project documentation.
