Hara Strati, senior associate of our tax practice, had the honour of being a contributing author to the latest edition of World Customs Journal released in March 2018. Hara examines whether a customs declaration can be amended after the release of goods that have been customs cleared in the EU and whether it is possible to apply for repayment of any overcharged customs duties and/or VAT following such amendment.
