Our associate Konstantinos Sidiropoulos has contributed to the book ‘Competition Law and Economic Inequality’ published by Hart Publishing with a chapter on “Economic Inequality and Abuse of Dominance in EU Competition Law”.
The chapter explores whether (and how) concerns related to economic inequality are relevant in the assessment of cases under EU competition law, focusing on the approach to the unilateral conduct of dominant firms.
