Compliance & ethics
We assist clients in matters related to compliance and ethics by advising on the interaction of healthcare companies with healthcare professionals, auditing related internal policies and applicable practices, and preparing codes of conduct, compliance programs and procedures to help clients manage compliance risks.
Regulatory
We deploy our expertise in pharmaceutical law to advise clients on operations licensing and on regulations for R&D, authorization, marketing, pricing, market access, labeling, advertising and promotion of medicines, health products and dietary supplements. We also undertake client compliance in those areas. We have also been developing significant experience in the regulation and operation of the medicinal cannabis business and the importation and marketing of other cannabis- related products.
Public tenders
We assist clients on public procurement matters, ranging from tender submission support to preparation and hearing of challenges and judicial actions against tender processes and awards.
Commercial
