We are happy to have participated at the 1st Women in Law Conference, organised by Nomiki Bibliothiki on May 9th.
Maria Zoupa, partner and member of our executive committee, participated in a panel discussion raising critical issues that concern women lawyers, as well as their achievements and goals for the future. Taking into consideration that women represent 66% of Zepos & Yannopoulos employees, Maria Zoupa elucidated on how women in key positions can lead change aiming to achieve their goals and pursue equal opportunities. The conference brought together distinguished lawyers and academics, active in Greece and abroad, that shared their experience and analyzed the challenges and opportunities in the legal profession, referring to the differences between the Greek and global landscape.
