Zepos & Yannopoulos at the 48th Annual Conference of the Hellenic Association for Procedural Law

Emmanouil Mavrantonakis, senior associate in our Litigation & Arbitration practice, will be speaking at the 48th Annual Conference of the Hellenic Association for Procedural Law – Greece’s leading forum on civil procedure and dispute resolution.

The conference will be held on 12–13 September in Trikala and brings together practitioners and academics from across the country. The agenda will be developed through presentations by three speakers, each focusing on a distinct aspect of consumer protection in civil procedure. Among them, Emmanouil will present on “Representative actions under Law 5016/2023”, addressing key developments in collective redress mechanisms under the new Greek, German, and Austrian frameworks for consumer protection.
