Zepos & Yannopoulos at the 4th Real Estate Law Conference

Anastasia Veneti-Pagoni, senior associate of our Real Estate practice, joined the discussion “Contemporary issues in the protection and management of co-ownership” at the 4th Real Estate Law Conference, organised by Nomiki Bibliothiki.

Anastasia addressed the interaction between urban planning regulations and the legal framework of horizontal and vertical ownership, examining the validity of transactions involving unregularised constructions and whether regularisation can override restrictions set in co-ownership regulations.
