Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Piraeus Bank S.A. in relation to the entering into a strategic partnership with Resolute Hellas S.M.S.A., a fully owned subsidiary of the Resolute Asset Management Group, for the management of the real estate portfolio of Piraeus Bank.
We worked alongside the Piraeus Bank deal team and internal legal from the very early preparatory stages of the transaction up to the execution of a service level agreement between Piraeus Bank and Resolute Hellas S.M.S.A., relating to the provision of real estate management and valuation services for own-use and non-core properties of Piraeus corporate group in Greece.
