Zepos & Yannopoulos tax team advised One Equity Partners in the acquisition of operating companies in Europe and the US of Muehlhan AG, a global provider of surface protection and industrial services catering to the oil and gas, wind, marine and construction industries. Under the coordination of Flick Gocke Schaumburg, our firm acted as the local counsel of the purchaser on tax aspects of the transaction, including the conduct of tax due diligence of the Greek Branch of Muehlhan Cyprus LTD.
