Nikos advises both international and domestic corporate clients, addressing a wide array of issues with a notable emphasis on the areas of public procurement, environmental and energy law. His insights are particularly sought-after in the realm of regulatory compliance where he guides clients through these complex sectors. In addition, Nikos has significant expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as handling M&A transactional work. His role in these areas encompasses the entire process, including facilitating discussions, structuring agreements and coordinating transactions. Nikos’ experience is replete with involvement in numerous financing and capital markets projects as well as corporate acquisition ventures, and he has coordinated and conducted extensive legal due diligence procedures, ensuring the seamless execution of such undertakings and safeguarding clients from potential legal risks. His experience extends to also encompass public procurement law where he has consistently offered his support to multinational corporations. He has successfully led business teams throughout all stages of international tender processes, from initial responses to call for tenders to managing tender related disputes that may arise. This includes in and out of court representation as well as dealing with issues encountered during the execution of ongoing contracts. Nikos is admitted before the Supreme Court. He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2010 and joined our firm in 2021. |
