We are currently seeking to recruit an associate lawyer to join our dynamic M&A practice group.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be working with a group of lawyers of various levels of experience. The team covers the full range of corporate and M&A law aspects, dealing with corporate restructurings, corporate finance, private equity investments, privatizations, transactional or advisory matters, while aiming to the provision of customised, industry specific and business friendly services.
The following will be highly rated:
- Significant involvement in M&A cases including corporate transformations.
- Strong educational background in corporate/commercial law.
Qualifications
- Post graduate degree (LLM or equivalent)
- Legal qualification (Athens Bar admission/other Lawyers’ Bar)
- At least three (3) years of working experience in the field
Skills Required
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal)
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently within a team
- Diligent, organised and resilient
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving ability
- Good business sense and understanding of the business environment
- Personality with high morale and integrity
