JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conduct conflict checks
• Verify engagement letter/proposal procedure
• Review agreements with clients and especially the agreed rates
• File (digital & physical) all relevant correspondence
• Update and feed database with all relevant data
• Prepare reports
• Assist in matter management procedure, if required
• Suggest improvements to existing systems and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Business administration or relevant field 
• More than 3 years of working experience in a similar role
• Experience of working with databases and systems, including inputting and extracting data
• Excellent knowledge of the English Language (verbal and written)
• Excellent computer skills, with full knowledge of Microsoft office

• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication and collaboration with all colleagues across organization
• Efficiency in working independently and as part of a team
• Successful implementation of defined policies and procedures

• Experience of working with databases and systems, including inputting and extracting data.
