We are seeking to recruit a senior expert lawyer in Real Estate to join our dynamic and growing Real Estate practice group.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As main focus areas through your role we expect you to:

  • Undertake and have full responsibility of cases/projects assigned to you (ranging from legal advice to transactions and from complex lease agreements, and real estate acquisitions and disposals to due diligence of large scale portfolios) both from a legal perspective and a project management perspective.
  • Efficiently lead and manage your team. Delegate, provide guidance and constructive feedback. Invest in training and developing the members of the team in order to help them grow in their roles.
  • Effectively communicate with partners and associates from other practice groups (e.g. corporate, energy, M&A, tax).
  • Work alone but also be team-orientated.
  • Have good knowledge and understanding of the client’s industry and be up to speed with industry related updates and evolutions. 
  • Have strong relationship skills and ability to form and strengthen relations with clients.
  • Comply with Organization’s policies and actively pursue the implementation ofOrganization’s strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Postgraduate Degree in relevant field will be considered an asset
  • Legal qualification (Athens Bar admission/ other Greek Lawyers’ Bar)
  • Track record of property-related transactions
  • Experience and knowledge of town planning and forest law will be appreciated
