Full Biography
Daphne specialises in corporate and international taxation with particular focus on the financial and insurance sector as well as on finance and capital markets transactions. She has an experience of over twenty years in advising clients on a broad range of tax matters, such as in relation to private equity acquisitions, structured finance, funds, corporate restructurings and complex corporate taxation matters.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 1995 and joined our firm in 1998.
