Full Biography

Dimitris is a member of our energy group and also supports our dispute resolution practice. He advises clients on contentious and non-contentious matters relating to proven and emerging clean energy project acquisition, development, offtake, construction, operation, and energy regulatory issues in Greece. Dimitris has experience in negotiating, drafting and advising on all major energy M&A- and project development-related agreements, including share purchase, development services, grid sharing, power purchase, EPC and O&M agreements. His expertise also extends to corporate governance aspects and the negotiation of shareholders’ and JV agreements.

In addition, Dimitris has experience in international commercial and investment arbitration, having been trained at the international arbitration practices of Reed Smith (Paris) and Shearman & Sterling (London), as well as at the ICC. He has also represented clients in international litigation proceedings and has experience with global anti-corruption investigations (incl. FCPA) and related proceedings.

He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2018 and joined our firm in 2023. Dimitris is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
