Eva Yotakou

Full Biography

Eva is a member of our Tax Controversy & Litigation practice group. She specializes in VAT and Customs, with extensive experience advising on the indirect tax and customs treatment of complex cross-border and domestic transactions carried out by multinational companies. Her work spans the full spectrum of VAT, excise duty, and customs compliance, including advice on supply chain structuring, and cross-border trade operations. She also has significant expertise in tax litigation and on alternative dispute resolution (out-of-court and judicial settlements) in matters of direct and indirect taxation.

She advises multinational clients across a wide range of industries, including energy and utilities, shipping and aviation, manufacturing, consumer goods, pharma, as well as the art and luxury sectors.

Eva is admitted before the Supreme Court. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2012 and joined our firm in 2015.
