Full Biography
Gina is a member of our Antitrust & Competition practice. Her practice focuses on matters pertaining to EU and Greek competition law, including merger control, competition compliance, state aid, cartels, abuse of dominance and related issues. She has also been engaged in M&A transactions and has experience in carrying out legal due diligences, advising clients on corporate and commercial law matters, their entry into commercial agreements and contracts, and in drafting share purchase and ancillary agreements.
Gina is admitted before the Court of First Instance. She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2021 and joined our firm in 2022.
