Full Biography
Iasonas is a member of our Corporate Law & Compliance team. He has experience in corporate and commercial legal matters, and focuses on handling both day to day as well as general corporate issues such as corporate governance and company formation. He is helping advise domestic and international entities on Greek corporate law. As a trainee lawyer, he has also been involved in drafting various civil and commercial agreements, contracts and their amendments.
He was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2023 and joined our firm in 2024. Iasonas is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
