Full Biography
Iliana is a member of our TMT & Data practice and part of our Corporate & Commercial team. She participates in GDPR audits and compliance projects and advises organisations on data protection and ePrivacy matters, supporting compliance efforts and regulatory adaptation. Iliana has significant expertise in cybersecurity compliance, advising on regulatory requirements related to information security and data breach response strategies. She also specialises in whistleblowing frameworks, assisting organisations in designing and implementing whistleblowing policies in line with legal and regulatory obligations. Moreover, she advises on legal and regulatory issues related to emerging technologies, including AI and IoT, ensuring compliance with evolving frameworks and best practices.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2021 and joined our firm in 2022. Iliana is admitted before the Court of Appeals.
