Full Biography
Ilias specialises in corporate and international taxation, with particular focus in structuring investments, M&As and exit opportunities, as well as supporting clients of different industries in corporate income tax matters.
Prior to joining our firm, Ilias worked as a Tax Lawyer at a Big 4 firm.
Ilias is admitted before the Court of First Instance and was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2019.
He joined our firm in 2024.
