Full Biography
Manolis is a partner of our Employment, Immigration & Global Mobility practice. He works closely with the firm’s clients, advising on a broad range of employment and business immigration matters arising from their operations in Greece. Manolis frequently advises clients on the termination of employment contracts, collective redundancies, working hours, pregnancy protection and employee handbooks. He has extensive experience in global executive mobility schemes and workforce planning for multinational organisations. His experience includes advising on immigration strategy, investment and work-related residence permits for investors and key personnel.
Manolis is often engaged in the employment aspects of business transactions, such as corporate restructurings, mergers and close downs, including immigration due diligence and post-transaction workforce integration. He also advises on various cross-border employment issues, including employee involvement procedures related to the establishment of Societas Europaea, international assignments, etc. Manolis is recognised by key international legal guides as a leading practitioner in Greek employment law.
Manolis was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2003 and joined our firm in 2004. He is admitted before the Supreme Court.
