Full Biography
Rania is head of our Employment, Immigration & Global Mobility practice, with over 25 years of experience advising international and domestic clients on complex employment matters.
Rania handles complex workforce restructurings, large-scale redundancy programmes, and the negotiation and termination of senior executive arrangements, including high-value separation agreements and post-termination restrictions. She advises on the employment aspects of corporate restructurings, privatisations, carve-outs, joint ventures, and business close-downs. Rania combines legal expertise with a strong commercial approach, delivering pragmatic advice that reflects how her clients’ businesses actually work.
She works seamlessly with international counsel on global deals and is has extensive experience in global mobility, including the posting of workers, intra-group transfers, and cross-border remote working arrangements.
Rania has been recognised as a leading practitioner in professional directories including Chambers Europe and Legal 500 for 20 consecutive years.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2000 and joined our firm in 2001.
