The latest issue of Administrative Law Journal “Dioikitiki Diki” features a thought-provoking commentary of recent Council of State ruling under no 1800/2022, issued upon a successful intervention of our Public Procurement and Concessions Practice, defended in court by Sofia Chatzigiannidou, head of the practice and Nasia Gkouma, senior associate. Co-authored by Nasia Gkouma and Charalampos Simopoulos, associate, the article provides a very interesting insight into the Supreme Administrative Court’s current take on the possibility and limits of “rescue” of a provisional contractor’s offer under recently amended art. 103 Greek L. 4412/2016, as well as into the Court’s exemplary analysis of essential procedural aspects of the annulment and suspension trial.
