Our firm successfully represented Greek subsidiary of a world leading health technology company in a Transfer Pricing related dispute. The Court accepted the arguments raised by our team on the scope of application of transfer pricing legislation that was in force at the time of assessment of the disputed penalty (Law 3728/2008) and therefore annulled the Euro 1M penalty initially imposed on the company.
