Zepos & Yannopoulos advised Aqurance, a leading Veeva services partner, on its strategic acquisition by Ernst & Young (EY), a transaction that marks a transformative moment for the life sciences technology sector.

Our firm provided comprehensive legal counsel to Aqurance throughout all phases of this cross-border transaction, including drafting and negotiation of the Share Purchase Agreement and several customary and unique transaction documents for the implementation of the transfer, strategic advisory during the interim period, and full legal support through to completion, including advice and assistance with the fulfillment of a significant number of conditions precedent in the jurisdictions of Greece, Cyprus and the United Kingdom.
