Full Biography
Sofia is a member of our Corporate Law and Compliance practice group. She is engaged with general corporate matters (e.g. corporate governance, minutes of corporate bodies, company statutes, establishment formalities, NDAs) while, during her traineeship, she also dived into M&A and corporate finance matters (e.g. due diligence, bond loans).
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2023 and shortly after she joined our firm. Sofia is admitted before the Court of First Instance.
