Our finance & capital markets team is very pleased to have advised MOTOR OIL RENEWABLE ENERGY SINGLE MEMBER S.A. (MORE) in relation to financing of the acquisition of a majority stake in ANEMOS RES S.A., an entity owning a renewables portfolio with an overall operating capacity of 493 MW as well as a development and storage project pipeline with capacity exceeding 1.6 GW.
